Prof. Dr. Axel Müller-Groeling, director of the Fraunhofer Institute for Silicon Technology (ISIT), has accepted the call athe W3 Professorship for Microsystems and Technology Transfer at the Faculty of Technology and Fraunhofer ISIT.
